Summer Faith.

I’ve just tucked you in (hopefully!!) for the last time as a two year old. You asked for a story, so I told you the one of the day we first met. How you came into our life and forever changed it. You then quickly asked for another… “about a unicorn”…I love this age and that imagination of yours!!!

You have brought so much love and life to our family. We can’t wait to celebrate you tomorrow, with pancakes and presents and little friends and lots of love.

It’s become a little tradition on the eve of your birthday to stay up later than usual scrolling through hard drives of old photos and videos and the beautiful memories we’ve collected. It might also have to do with some last minute birthday crowns too!

This year you became a sister. And I’m so proud of the creative, sweet and loving human being you are becoming.
